Atlas, a German Shepherd from Santa Clarita, CA through the Balanced Canine Training SoCal 2 Week Board & Train training program. Atlas was trained by dog trainer Jesse Medina in Acton, CA.
Atlas is a very happy pup who needs some guidance. He barks at other dogs and we also noticed he barks when anyone is at his front door. He Does not come on command and his parents would like to improve his recall for when they go out in public and especially hikes. Atlas likes to pull on the leash and doesn't obey many commands.

The ability to get your dog's full attention is an important part of dog training. The command "watch me" or "look" is used to get your dog to focus on you. It is useful for times when you need your pet to pay close attention, such as during obedience training. You can also use it when working on behavioral problems or when diverting a dog's attention away from things that bring out fearful or aggression behaviors.
