Meet Django! He's a one year old Cane Corso from Ontario, California here for our Two-Week Board and Train Program! Django can be extremely playful, but often takes it too far by jumping all over people and sometimes knocking them down. He loves pulling on his leash, and can be reactive to other dogs. He's very strong and doesn't know his own size, leading to him getting too rowdy and not listen to any of his command.Over the next fourteen days, we will work on his obedience skills, help with his manners in and out of the house, work on his ability to be around distractions, especially other dogs, and show him how to be the best pup he can possibly be! Stay tuned for Django's two week transformation!

Today I picked up Django, a Cane Corso, and spent some time with him at the park. He pulled on the leash quite a bit and barked at a few other dogs, but he was friendly toward me, which was a good start.
When it was time to head home, he got into the crate in the car without too much trouble. However, he wouldn't let me take his leash off and snapped at me several times.
Once we arrived home, Django allowed me to take him out of the car, and I introduced him to my home. He spent some time sniffing around and getting familiar with the space. While he's still a little nervous, he seems to be getting more comfortable.
The snapping in the crate is something I'll need to figure out, but I believe it's from his nerves.
